TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     Upon physical inspection should your premises be deemed to be excessively or unreasonably unkempt/soiled; Cleaning Revolutions reserves the right to charge an additional cost to cover the extra time that will be necessary to bring the premises up to standard. To avoid any surprises Cleaning Revolutions encourages you to send through photographs of any areas that may be of concern in this regard.

2.     Please note we require electricity to be connected at the premises.

3.     Please note we also require the premises to be fully vacated and all rubbish removed prior to commencement of our service.

4.     Cleaning Revolutions reserves the right to delay your clean or refuse service should any of the above conditions not be met.

5.     If any other trades/or people enter the premises after our services that are not recommended by Cleaning Revolutions we reserve the right to void our clean guarantee period.

6.     This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. The estimate is based on information provided from the client regarding project requirements.

7.     Services. Upon acceptance by the client, Cleaning Revolutions will perform the services described in the estimate. Any additional services requested by the client and not covered by the estimate will incur additional charges.

8.     Schedule. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in accordance with the schedule in the estimate, or as otherwise approved by the parties in writing.

9.     Unless explicitly agreed upon payment will be made in full, prior to commencement of work or services provided. Where a quotation has been provided, the full amount, less any payments already made, is payable. Where a quotation has not been provided, the Client’s agent will advise the client of the amount due and will post a detailed receipted invoice within 72 hours.
